The FBI is also involved in abetting Heine gang attacks on local police and the practice of routinely misinforming police about Heine tricks. Police do not traditionally understand this super common pattern: 1) Step 1 -Heterosexual woman is abducted/replaced because she is heterosexual, 2) A woman who participated in some isolated incident of ass dildo in the back but considers herself hetero is inserted. She is told that she is replacing some bad person. 3) Her male partner has sex with her, not suspecting the substitution, and he is abducted replaced to become a gay rape victim in the bag. 4) A dildo man is put in his place. Local police are told there may be trouble due to this indy dildo man and they should follow Heine instructions on the hush-hush in the area to make sure nobody spreads scandal about their sanctimonious, monied community. People who report substitutions are attacked as crazy or worse.

In other cases, were Heine intends an extra secret gay rape, the man is replaced with someone called a gay ass and females he knew are replaced with lesbians or men. Local police are told that these gay ass men are no good trouble and they should be shunned or taken to the hospital. This is what apparently happened in my situation, though I had not been replaced yet – I ran away from my abduction van crew.
