    Also possible to encrypt selected bits of messages & not other parts to see where unauthorized editing is happening.

    It seems that IT connection cutoffs remain the most popular form of attacks & are not quickly responded too. I’ve focused on a lot of different elements of response:

    a) working to eliminating dependence on spook controlled denial of service resouces

    b) local netoworks of connections (with redundancy)

    c) biometrics & other forms for tracking continuity, including what is mentioned here.

    Emphasize that these still seem to be ongoing isues requiring more team focus to fix.
