View from GB is that an Indy C is not a real C, and this complaining was very unwise. A potentially helpful tip is made that all people should be wary of being a replacement in situations where a heterosexual relationship was public and the reason for the replacement. But that is pretty common for C’s replacing B’s…so perhaps the idea needs more elaboration.
The issue of what should be icy and what should not be, & which penalties should be inherited and which should not be is very general.
