My perspective includes this view: Heine military has traditionally operated as an organized crime mafia that often takes secret, functional control of state governments. As a criminal mafia, it emphatically & traditionally facors tactics of deception that help prey on innocent marks & rivals. The traditional style has never been egalitarian or democratic. There were always many, many levels of deception. At higher levels, it is customary to say “those lower levels I see are not really a T. That’s just a tease.” Many people were listed in some database for some mafia groups that claimed some T structure which ended for any of a hundred reasons. The reason is often the end of the unseen mafia ranks supposedly controlling that T. This can often happen without any awareness or participation of the fake ‘T’ which was simply a victim mark to begin with. In the role of pretend govt., the mafia likes to pretend that it is administering all people. But the reality of the internal dialogue shows that most people are seen as dupes in frank discussion, including those who believe they serve some T and those who have no awareness of the hidden system. Key issue in most discussions is what is a real claim vs. a predatory pretense to fool a mark – relative to which system of real claims? Should demands for obscurity & secrecy be allowed to hide examination of whether any claim was real to begin with & whether it ended on account of non-material 3rd party events?
