Your growth goal is to be a long term supplier to the blind mfg, window mfg, furniture mfg, remodelers looking for custom trim,…

Making the wooden parts is the biggest chunk of that & locus of a lot of know how.

We imagine tech that lets a person (or architect) put a small robot (or software agent) in a window frame & pick from the finished look they want. Includes custom mfg. & B2B commerce. Being able to do custom will be required to be a player there.

Thinking about parallels & non-parallels in real stone/artificial stone & concrete where the parts are coarser & the industry is more mature & wholesale.

What architects & designers could use more of is the ability to independently control all of these dimensions:

    a) finished look
    b) surface hardness/scuffability
    c) material weight density
    d) brittleness
    e) compression strength
    f) which nanotech/electronics is actually present (cinderblocks are surprisingly active…)
    g) size/shape

Different options at different price points can be combined with matching looks and custome style – I think that would be a winner and there are probably ways to drive down the material & transportation costs at many points in the space.
