My life history was shaped by some broad, hidden Deep State themes/struggles:
a) Controlling all people to some degree vs. having some truly independents off all control
b) Allowing people to notice that their “public relations” were all under paramilitary central control or keeping that a secret
c) Allowing people to pick their own associations vs. using a heavy military hand in that
d) Allowing cooperating groups vs. forcing everone on the outside into their own containment silo
e) Outside ownership vs. all central military direction
The NATO forces for central military control of everything have been aggressively fighting & winning their covert battles throughout the history of NATO. They are opposed to any indy, any outside ownership, any independence, any penis, and female authority, any consensual sex or procreation, and pubic hair. Now they opt for a strategy of “any loose ends seeing it have too little power to alter the transformational course. They can be met with increased violence without the showing of that having an altering effect on the determinate course. How much showing is only a matter of tuning.

From the POV of an individual person who wants to jump to GT – best is to do it off the map with a GT backer of influence, but that theoretical option has rarely been available in practice due to spook attacks on all GT allies of influence that they can notice or suspect. If you are not a priority recruit and you are in the outfield, then a first secret leap to kp might be 2nd best and then work your way up. If you are in IT or in outfield with special skills, then getting noticed by me brings immediate hang, but if you are in a geographical region where GT has their act together then they will track your progress & you have good chance of getting to safe shores & good times. Don’t let yourself be easily tricked. If you are far off, it’s the same but you need more discipline to hold out for real help that may take a longer to materialize.
From POV of NATO rivals – Nothing mentioned in NATO media is a true rival except that the PRC is not mopped up by NATO goals/ideologues & does not tow their preferred line in many cases. Mention of “China” is often stories about some other nonsense/false flag conflict. PRC hasn’t felt a strength to content that in many cases. Why? Public alternatives are relentlessly attacked with a focus on replacing leaders & gaining a foothold & then control of the formerly indy org. Over time it became routine & easy. So everything in public got owned by NATO underneath the covers. That is true of the nation of Russia, and now true of British/Scottish/Irish intel & army as well. It is not true that every individual in army or NatSec or intel is a fit or a believer in the transformational NATO mission. The pretense of conflicts that they organize in public & in mumble space is used as a filter to help strain out the pulp of alternatives from the juice. This mostly happens at turnover time. Now many see that & are resisting turnover. GT tries to notice & look for growth with the resisters. Intel that is loyal to NATO or leadership loyal to NATO is working constantly to intercept & MITM GT comms, internally, and with allies, to sabotage the possibility of any indy thing. That is an ongoing fight, with frequent losses on both sides. If you are not super strong in key, then don’t trust the words that others say – look for the patterns of their recent behavior & see whether it is consistent with independence from NATO. You can ask them to demonstrate that.

joshPresident Putin claims to be running a "special military operation" in Ukraine. But we know the truth, we know it is a brutal war. Cities are being destroyed, civiliansā lives are at risk, this is no limited military operation. #StopTheLies https://t.co/nvhDQrnqDF

Worth a rec for content & an alt point.
Alt point is that a special military operation that violates almost all key public laws & is also not authorized to do anything like that and which operates for decade & takes violent measure sto hide its mafia crime racket is not some kind of almost legit thing in the great “military category”. Reality of military now is mostly mafia treason & law breaking while taking steps to hide that. -

Abstract: Todayās networks are filled with a massive and ever-growing variety of network functions that coupled with proprietary devices, which leads to network ossification and difficulty in network management and service provision. Network Function Virtualization (NFV) is a promising paradigm to change such situation by decoupling network functions from the underlying dedicated hardware and realizing them in the form of software, which are referred to as Virtual Network Functions (VNFs). Such decoupling introduces many benefits which include reduction of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operation Expense (OPEX), improved flexibility of service provision, etc. In this paper, we intend to present a comprehensive survey on NFV, which starts from the introduction of NFV motivations. Then, we explain the main concepts of NFV in terms of terminology, standardization and history, and how NFV differs from traditional middle-box based network. After that, the standard NFV architecture is introduced using a bottom up approach, based on which the corresponding use cases and solutions are also illustrated. In addition, due to the decoupling of network functionalities and hardware, peopleās attention is gradually shifted to the VNFs. Next, we provide an extensive and in-depth discussion on state-of-the-art VNF algorithms including VNF placement, scheduling, migration, chaining and multicast. Finally, to accelerate the NFV deployment and avoid pitfalls as far as possible, we survey the challenges faced by NFV and the trend for future directions. In particular, the challenges are discussed from bottom up, which include hardware design, VNF deployment, VNF life cycle control, service chaining, performance evaluation, policy enforcement, energy efficiency, reliability and security, and the future directions are discussed around the current trend towards network softwarization. -

joshAccording to @Twitter data compiled by @SportsBettingAG the @Colts have the least disliked fans in the @NFL. It got me thinking⦠who do #ForTheShoe fans dislike?
We went over to @FowlingIndy to find out and the answer⦠was very clear. @FOX59 https://t.co/r6ZsFNeknL

joshPublic Service Announcement: We are expecting 19,000 fans at Target Center tonight. The @timberwolves game is tipping at 6:32…not 6:40…not 7:10. There is construction on Hennepin Ave. and 1st Ave. Get there early! š Do not come at 6:20 thinking you will see the tip.

joshIronic that Wiley are charging $148 for an ebook about public philosophy when most of us producing public philosophy give most of it away for free. I suspect many contributors wrote their chapters on university time too and so effectively subsidised the publisher. Library bait! https://t.co/5kX5pBXs2K

joshVery well said Judy. I read their article and was immediately reminded of the parable of their judging the PIO for having a splinter in his eye while ignoring the log in their own. Considering what's passing for "journalism" in our country today.

joshThat depends on what actually occurs. In the meantime, we have plans in place to ensure the safety of our residents. We continue to partner with our law enforcement professionals as well, to amplify their latest information whenever necessary. We are hoping for a smooth event.

joshAlso frustrating: ādemandsā for answers that CLEARLY fall under the jurisdiction of harder-to-reach, closed off entities (so they donāt even try), because you are an easy-to-reach PIO working for a proudly transparent department.
