joshThe dominant Heine gangs in the error world today are happy to kill outsiders from most other gangs just for being who they are. So who would sit on a “Supreme Court” and not be killed? I guess they are secret. Legitimate??? As legitimate as the crime boss sending barks at the other end of the smart phone.
