Have there been any actual *legal* claims about IC usage? I haven’t heard any. It strikes me as something the military mafia has no interest in publicizing. I would take care to avoid charges of illegal trespass on military or public utility sites if those are legal & sustainable allegations. Huffing & puffing from the mafia about how rivals shouldn’t be using tech is not very interesting or material to anything. Except you know it’s easy for IT to search some types of connections, and ez to compare whether the profile matches their rank & file or an outsider. This GOV link on SmartGrid doesn’t say much of anything about trespass. The last text on security is from 2005 and very generic.
