    Attaching very strong magnets to cable will also dissipate the peaks of the jitter and the magnets themselves over time. However it may also weaken the electrical signal itself (not an issue for digital unless you are experiencing cable length problems).

      Where signaling properties for the cable are simple & well known, one could also design an anti-jitter bridge to be installed by a special box on plain lengths of cable – say one type that is good for going underground, another type to nail to a wall, etc. The power can be drawn from the eliminated jitter.
