Q: How about a shark tank?

A: In current GT situation, we should try to adapt it to be more efficient. The potential of the persons proposing & the idea may be independent & somewhat unrelated. So the practice should be to provide 2 offers, one for the idea/tech/etc and 1 for employment or environmental situation, each according to worth/value, to be consideed together or separately. They could be linked together in special cases where the person is needed to go together with the idea and both are good.
