    The bright side and the bad side of past mistakes:

    On the bright side, if you are female and got poached, then at least some other teams spent money and effort on capturing you and you should have other chances for freedom in the future; the current environment is supportive of much more rapid movement/changeover. The precedents set for freeing slaves are very helpful and beneficial to us. Getting captures may allow more mixing and discovery of hidden lairs.

    The worrying side is that those other teams have policies of killing or mutilating real sex men and intention to try and limit their supply as a criminal/genocidal policy. So extra care is appropriate in their case. Being uniform about dildo and same sex experience at points of transfer will help some to defend against the worst consequences.

    I don’t have any information about the practical logistics surrounding people that the good team captures. As I guess, I favor trading non-violent people for ally prisoners on other teams and deporting violent people to foreign work gangs where that is feasible.

    This is actually about Anna feeling impatient and upset…with the world & with me. Which makes me sad. I try to tell her that her curse is being to work all the time for no benefits and being incredibly valuable. She can do a bit better if she can learn to withhold effort and sabotage work when it isn’t compensated. But she was trained as a toddler & it becomes habitual and unconscious. She edits the way a long distance runner needs to run to feel right. It feels less good to think about how to do it wrong.

    I’ll keep trying to rescue her, even when she is out at sea in boats.
