In my no communication state, I try to listen for feedback & Q/A about points that are unclear or which I missed in detail or conception.

A side issue I am hearing is the need for some cooperative frameworks between different LLC groups regarding bidding/awarding/paying for & using some shared resource like a new software that they can all use. Of course there can be competing efforts & good can come out of that too. But uncoordinated stampede competition is probably sub-optimal.

Let’s say that multiple parties can organize payer coalitions to compete for ranking by expert judge panel/elected reps. Each payer can specify not only what they would pay, but also whether they want to be only included in the top ranking coalition or more than one with some details. Others can add that they are interested in per seat licensing of a solution, etc. I’m waving my hands a bit for lack of details, but the concept is like NSF/NIH grants that happens very quickly, in parallel, with more accountability for deliverables.

Another feature at variance with commercial solutions – contract workers for some services are typically major customers for others.

For far out push recruiting, customer/area marketing, and cold war defense, it would be a useful function to create provisional id descriptors that could be merged updated at a later time. These purely provisional constructs should be held in different databases, with the info available to merge if that becomes active/appropriate – this allows a lot of extra context to be imported semi-automatically.
