JoshMy theory about that: the important feature of Spook mafia design is for everyone who knows anything about secret crimes should always have a mostly false story about what is going on. The people who run the CIA and FBI are completely sick – they don’t care about who they kill – but for good info security, they like for everyone lower on the tree who knows something to have a mostly false story, so they can be discredited. That’s one of the reasons I am so toxic to them – I shucked the false stories.
