The name sounds like a name an “only in” person would make up. That is 1 sign of a composed identity…The absurd career trajectory with most steps something that insiders/spook can manipulate by themselves is another. I looked up his bio after reading the NYT bit on Ted Kennedy getting stopped from boarding planes because of being on the US terrorist watchlist. The writer described some Senate banter with Hutchinson delivering a mock apology and Hatch telling him to stop smiling while he said it.

    Business career

In early 2005, Hutchinson founded a consulting firm, Hutchinson Group, LLC with partners Betty Guhman and Kirk Tompkins, in Little Rock and accepted a contract for a one-year position with Venable LLP in Washington, D.C., as the chair of its Homeland Security practice. Hutchinson ended his contract with Venable LLP in March 2006 to focus on his gubernatorial campaign and his consulting firm in Little Rock. In January 2007, Hutchinson rejoined Venable.[17]

In June 2006, the Arkansas Democrat Gazette reported that Hutchinson’s $2,800 investment in Fortress America Acquisition Corporation, a company that Hutchinson advises, was worth over a million dollars after the initial public offering. The Arkansas Democrat Gazette story noted that Hutchinson is unable to touch his stock for another two years. The six founding shareholders in Fortress America besides Hutchinson include: former U.S. Representative Tom McMillen of Maryland, former U.S. Senator Don Nickles of Oklahoma, and a private-equity firm that has former CIA Director James Woolsey, among its partners.

Sure sounds like a (probably gay), umarried CIA man to me.

Why even bother asking? I am curious about the number/percentage of directly CIA controlled people among powerful politicians. And I am curious about the fake ID process. Do they make many of them at birth and started around 1950? Or can they make them at any time for any age person with more or less equal ease? I keep thinking that Spook is famous for spy tech, but most of the actual technology things are relatively easy to understand because they use the same basic physics/engineering know how as civilian things, adapted to a spook purpose. Social engineering things are a lot more secret & spook specific. Trying to figure out how it works from the outside is like a person from centuries ago trying to understand modern computer/electronic tech. One is missing all the basic courses/examples.
