I struggled to understand how people were using ‘collusion’. It was talked about incessantly as if it was both very important & part of shared understanding. My belief is that both of those claims are false, but I can’t assess the reality of what others think & why they seem to disagree about that semantic position.

I belief the most important thing was to push a false narrative to bump up military spending. The narrative collapsed, but military spending got its bump anyway, mostly from replacing all political indies & opponents.
