Journalists have editors, editors, & other contacts who boss them around, snuff out true stories, and push other propaganda. The Heine way is to avoid describing it in those terms & expect the journalists to take their hints. Don’t take the hints? They get replaced. But what is motivating those editors/owners? They have their own false story & lies & hints. It’s a giant mafia chain, backed up by secret murder. You don’t like that – and nobody does – so opposing makes you kind of a spy in a foreign territory. You can’t work alone, so you need to find ways of communicating in a difficult situation. I suggest figuring out which bits of truth are useful to you that are relatively difficult to attack. For instance you can say to an editor “I’m concerned about the reality of hi tech spying & electronic eavesdropping so I’d like to converse in an unviewable place, away from electronics.” Big move? No, a tiny move. Start a conversation to compare notes and check on what actually is true, using whatever means are viable.

Heine criminal doesn’t have a large enough pool of replacements to replace the entire US, or half, or 1/10, or…any big fraction like that. The numbers don’t work out for anything like that. The focus is on replacing key people of infrastructure – in some broad sense – and on squashing leaks – e.g. killing witnesses in Las Vegas, and so forth, where many where not replaced because they were not great gains and the preparation was not there. So the deaths show up, with false explanations.

If the country can learn to be suspicious about murder with replacement, it can start to defend itself.
