joshh) It would be good to mix CAD in with work & study. Expert supervision plus teams with mixed talent would be good – e.g imagine a team with 1 person who is very fast, 1 who is refined, 1 who is creative, & 1 who gets principles/mistakes correct – they would be more than the sum of the parts.
