    Don’t be over quick to rule this out:

    Systems of conditions are broken into named chunks of manageable size that are *not* completely independent or non-overlapping. The orchestration level has efficient lookup methods to id/describe the set of chunks that change with each delta. The benefit is lower overhead at sub-problems that only need to understand naming/deltas that relate to their field of concerns. The redundancy is a relatively insignificant issue by comparison.
