We could have sample tasks like…given this muffin/dumpling at position A, how quickly can you move it to position B, following a particular curved trajectory without permanently denting/breaking it (some model for the allowable range of pressure/angles).

giving injections or drawing blood are even harder tasks that involve more visual sensing but also more/different control. In cooking, there are basting & whip cream type operations. We want to target low cost too so the focus should be on ops that the robot couldn’t do in a different/better way. The control part of a ladle drizzling is pretty general. Some kinds of manual napkin folding are like making wontons.
