A good feature: Unrelated, local containers can communicate with local asynchronous messaging (i.e. send messages with the publish/fetch properties of local email – not literally SMTP).

Another idea for thought:

agents can take on a set of roles – only some subset active at any given time – where the roles are constrained by policy & what the app is able to do in any given role is similarly constrained by policy & by architecture.
