    Clarifications:

    Kitchen Patrol can be valuable in context. Don’t oversimplify the concept of overall organizational value – there are many, many dimensions related to overall support, growth, future planning, current security, etc.

    Are we taking advantage of a situation? – this Q depends on context. If someone has to jump for safety & we are providing safety then we are not taking advantage in the short term. There still needs to be a long term vision that involves both positive value & not taking long term advantage economically. We also want people to always believe that they are gaining & not stuck.

    We don’t want to focus on criticizing past behaviors that were truly done for reasons the person viewed as safety. But if those behaviors aren’t compatible with GT in general, then it should be agreed that they are being cast aside going foward.
