joshTry, as much as possible, to make the goals include organic desires. For example, the memebers can be regularly polled about the most significant problems they are facing or unmet needs/desires. Those inputs can then be analyzed and turned into goal quests for which ever group is most suited to address them. The organization process itself can generate continual production/consumption that feeds into exported solutions on a larger scale.

joshEvery person should have quality/helpful managers that periodically review 1),2),& 3) & jointly evaluate whether the person is on an optimal path for thmselves & for other goals. See if any adjustments or moves are reccommedable.

joshDealing with BOD – Blue Screen of Death Hits – is apparently still a huge, huge issue where Good Team response is still ineffective & dysfunctional. It’s not any small group of people. The most extreme versions, like me, get special tags saying “Ok to kill this person as far as National/Intl Rectum mafia is concerned”. But many people are/have experienced this & they are not all put in the same bin. The *goal* is to isolate every target so they are off help, receiving criminal abuse from the surrounding infrastructure, & then can be easily replaced/killed at some point that is judged to be well off observation & help.
There is nothing legitimate about any of this. People are targeted on the basis of combinations of mafia hate & perceived threats to military/mafia power. That is all of Good Team, & disproportionately directed at the people who are seen as being most helpful to Good Team, as a mafia rival, for economic gains, membership gains, political gains, or for policies that are a lot different than the mafia.
Eliminating the effects of BOD for all Good Team allies needs to become a priority. What happens inside of resources that the mafia controls is not up to GT. So it’s important to eliminate reliance on those resources for basic needs: communication, food, shelter, security, transport, etc.

Think about the selection as being a mix of where you are currently at in skill space, where you want to go next, and which voices are most appealing, either because they fit those paths or just because they are fun/interesting & you like their style.
Skill path space can be thought of as a lattice of learning. Current & upcoming work needs can be thought of as a weighting of different locations in the lattice space. Selection of appealing voices can be similar to concepts I wrote about earlier in the context of finding & composing interesting podcast/music/news mixes:

Pictures help. Rewards help. People who are good with engaging language commentary should have colleagues who are good with providing engaging illustrations of events/achievements & those who are good with designing awards/apprentice paths.
