I’ve been kicking around similar notions in my head for years. Seeing more examples of Deep State practice allows the insight that “wipe” is a common, but relatively expensive Deep State mafia operation to purge loose bits of info from whatever they view as an info container. The “wipe” operation is localized in time & “container”. The info mine is conceptually centered around deadman or automated switches that threaten the effective reality of “wipe” operations.
