The level of true decision makers in the Heine military of today is a miniscule percentage of the population. Below them are loyal implementing legs & below them are hapless order takers & the deceived. The only things that implementing legs really respect are spy wars achievements, spy wars tech, & any spy wars publicity that happens to benefit or flatter what they perceive to be their cause or their side. There is some level of credit advantage to being respected like that. It’s hard to say FWIW. You can’t cash it or count on it. But it increases the odds that someo other group gets attacked before you do.
