    Edit: I believe that the POV in the lyrics of Boy With the Perpetual Nervousness were an attempt by Vinny DeNunzio of the Feelies to describe the relation of my neighbor Vince Smith to me. The in key names “Feelies”, “Crazy Rhythms” and “Vinny DeNunzio” suggest that he knew a lot about arch Heine paths.

    I tried to imagine my favorite big sister running away without a postcard. It didn’t help pick a good song, but I went with this song below. Today, I wish that some of the people who were important in my life had a chance to say goodbye before they left or at least warn me they were going. None of them did, & I’m pretty sure that hardly any of them knew in advance or had a good out. Being naive is a good, very common excuse.

    I favored a different tweet from Jimmy Kimmel online & it disappeared. JK’s haircut today reminded me of my Dad. Dad’s first big engineering job was with Burroughs Co. The in key part of this story from William Burroughs is about a GI type guy in a hetero marriage & community, stigmatized & marginal from a Heine POV, so he is shown as a poor junkie. My parents weren’t poor but they did have a lot of anxiety about money. I thought it was because they grew up during the Great Depression era.
