    The DOD ‘ADN’ group tends to be low ed and inconsistent, but usually you want to claim AD there too.

    I listed the key signatures running things today. FBI IT can be either D,A key working for FBI IT or B[L] working for FBI IT or I,E working for FBI IT, or K,A working for FBI IT, or F,D working for FBI IT or, some other key combo working for IT or some indie who just happens to be on the IT service but isn’t really working for them. That group is shrinking. In that context I pose the question to Brits, “Who is UK today?” Is it the shrinking indies not really in government? No. So which group? Lightbuilb – UK doesn’t exist today in reality.

    Import to know also that some FBI & some NMC will say AD is only a positive credential if you are Der Top Gun who was delivering discipline to some SS in kill – it wasn’t “seeing their ass” per se.
