joshI think, for example of converting abandoned mining sites nobody has a use for, which often feature large flat areas separed by medium tall cliffs, sometimes with multiple levels. Tanks can be built of whatever holds water & cache basins for rain, and we get giant battery systems at low cost & solving rather than creating new environmental debts.
