joshAFAIK – most ids who only appear on Facebook or Instagram & no on Twitter are not govt. ids. In some sense, they have no T as defined by the govt. Others are easier to find on Facebook than on Twitter. Others may be subject to some unofficial State Farm or CIA claim. Try to model where chains that matter from Facebook reach Twitter, as part of the range of concern.

joshWhat I understand about Bingo Ops:
a) Prove that a given “id” is not in any existing chin relationship
Case 1: There is a person we want to recruit – they are free to join
Case 2: Empty there – some process for claiming loose assets including the id itself
Case 3: Enemy person there – if they are on govt. T list, it’s advantageous to knock them off that status, or say that there T is no longer valid because it’s not on the chain.b) info including the above & other bits can be quickly consumed & stored away. This is true sometimes even for orgs that the govt. mafia almost immediately reclaims on the basis that only the govt. mafia can control such things (why agree – no reason, except it is an abstract b.s. in their mafia system that we are discussing).
Why the short term “hazard” is has effect on which ids can electronically participate in communication/research without ending. Sometimes others may need to use temporary throwaways.
