ModeratorLeast “expose” system that would work for me:
Friends work with a lawyer to find a suitable property (I can stay in while arranging major cleanup sale of my current residence, main goal being quick release from legal encumbrances rather than haggling about return on my 100% ownership). Then arrange a private sale to GT group from allies jumping to GT, staying put until closing. Right before closing, add me to the purchase group. No story is needed. We are just adults who plan to share a residence.

ModeratorPreference is for a roomy place with roomy property borders and sewer strategy that is out of the way, but no more than 1-2 hours drive from Roseville. I could finance such a place in cash by myself if necessary. I need the trusted help to make the transition & not deal with hostile agents & over the top sabotage that leaves me no shelter.
