joshCompleteness is something to be proven first – it potentially includes precise measurements of wall studs, wiring, plumbing, details of unique fixtures, wood ornamentation, etc. Once it is achieved, then focus turns to lowering production cost & what, if any compromises are acquired. A tool for the local house painter to help with his estimate while he yacks at a customer is good too, but not the tech frontier.
