Someone asked if I worried about bringing negative attention to an internal protester. Not so much here – I had tagged that twerp some time back – perhaps a week ago. I don’t remember if I read the profile at that time. But either it was written before that or it was done since as a kind of penalty measure, looking for attention.

In other contexts – actually any journalism – one notices that Heine/Deep State often attacks journalists and their subject matter for exposing errors, though the subjects are often at equally great risk without any story. One hopes to change that – which can’t really be done without talking about “errors”. So it’s a judgment call in other situations.
