joshA type of example: it helps GT in a major way to achieve overall growth of quality people. Is there a way for an investor to back persons who are helping a lot to add new quality people? I’m not talking about me here. I mean NEW TALENT RECRUITER CANDIDATE X. What is the maximization of their contribution to forward economic value & how is investment aligned with that? In this situation, we shouldn’t be doing isolated corporate fiefdoms which are now a complete fiction in the non GT world. We need rational systems.
