    If there are potentially a very large pool of acceptable candidates for a given job, it is still desirable to avoid thundering herd races – in that case, some small random subset of the qualified contacts can be messaged until a satisfactory arrangement is reached.

      Internally we can try to look at patterns & figure out what are optimal mappings from features to decisions & where decision makers are behaving sub-optimally. Fixing that with educational illustrations is for improving efficiency & may reduce some forms of prejudice. The overall organization may also have an interest in helping people with sparser work background to gain more experience through bumping their chances to get matched. This can also be handled through a system of random selection that is model based.
