General point about the war we find ourselves in:

Deep State forces are most easily & quickly directing military abuse against telecom or commercial transactional representations that are not listed as part of their military force. They are attacking all sources of those beeps, inspect & end if its really there. They can’t manage it all at once, but they intend to go through the entire planet in whatever order is most strategic. To hell with humanity, we will have new world of rape warlord & low-class droids who work for them & obey.

In contrast to the above, a printed message on some material sticks to the location where it is found, or perhaps some complex tracing of the printing which takes more effort than would be worthwhile for this topic.

Local, offline scanning of bodies is another dimension of concern that is not so rapid as online tag searching but more difficult to turn off or totally avoid.

Communications I see indicate that the military is bent on fighting a total environment/commerce war to the death of what is not them, so it makes sense to think carefully about the best risk/reward strategies for opposition.
