    The complimentary idea of making certain menu addition perks only available at less popular times is also good. Point is that there is a lot of optimization possibility that can really help the bottom line for commercial food, but it does depend on good devops support to make it smooth in presentation, scheduling, tabulation. So maybe a good early start on a software franchise is there too.
