I have to say, honestly, that I don’t think it is informative or helpful to keep talking about Joe Schmoes rape trial, or Freddy Blow’s perjury trial, or … & convey the premise it is somehow about me. My reality is that my ex was replacing a bunch of times & forced to harass me with a reopening of the Custody/Child Support issues from our 2012 divorce case in order to hurt me. That was an Intel operation & it worked – it did materially hurt me. But it was not a trial about my sexual history & 3 different versions of the judge, 2 of which i never saw, did not truly clim it was such. The 2nd two, agents of DHS/CIA/FBI whatever, rather acted as if it was okay to prejudice the legal issues without of channel claims about sexual history that I couldn’t hear or really address in the context of the actual hearing. My primary loss was my wife & daughter being killed. Then, finally, an income of $50k was imputed to me now, in tough circumstances, based on a remark that it was reasonable to do that in 2012. That was a biased decision & the 3rd judge sounded nasty about it, but it was within the law & not te same thing as calling me a sexual deviant or even a dead ass kill.
