The CIA IT ended in Fall 2018. The FBI IT ended around Sept. 1, 2019. The fraction of non NATO IT that I see nowadays is small & shrinking. I decided to promote this A,C,M key (penalty for N IT) because the summary is newsy & I believe it to be true & relevant to my story. It suffers from continuing in prose, to support the premises it is denying, of a lawful process for basic citizens, while highlighting exceptional violations to those premises.
In the Heine law tradition (which also doesn’t exist today), tag changes are supposed to wipe away some previous claims in an agreement not to talk about those claims.
