It seems that ATT Unix started out as research tool of great interest to mil spook/FBI IT. Regarding the case of Vlad G introduced above & others. I will address ethical & procedural topics in Q.
a) I don’t know anything about the history of “Vlad G”. I see text indicating a bad spooky dude. I see a face who I believe once belonged to my friendly Melbourne host on a youth orch visit there in 1981. That id was a suburban homeowner, then about 45-50.
