joshAlso, following other notes here, every person should have dimensions of local social, work project, and shop-study connections that work for them. The latter 2 can be only online in some cases, but the local connection needs to include real world face time.

joshAs people get online & network, they are encouraged to look for moves that put them in a more preferable spot for personal/social/economic reasons. To the extent that “the biz” provides aid/guidance, try again to make the moves helpful to the econ guidelines. Incentives can be used as part of planning.

joshAn example where it might seem hard to reduce imports – transportation costs. In virtual accounting, promoting use of internal ride services is a way to do that. The share per person of externally purchased vehicle/fuel is going down.
