joshWord of mouth I hear says that many are eage to reach GT for
a) Quality Info/Entertainment/Social Networking not available elsewhere
b) Looking for a team that is personally supportive
c) Fast, high quality education without extra tuition
d) Lack of social constraint demands in comparison to other affiliations
e) Exciting work for good instead of evil
Recruitment/intake should tap into & try to meet those expectations, especially in terms of understanding where and how speed to reach cruising elevation matters or doesn’t.

A: No, GT should be already doing these kinds of things. But spook attacks focus on dinging decision makers & initiatives that would create the most change, so they always need extra pushing. More eyeballs & more concrete analysis can help. What does the decision tree of cost effective policy & safety that maximizes growth look like? I try to focus on the key types of issues & the desirability of engaging with many before they fly off a cliff to an unknown spot. We want mind share of people in place & advertising where they are going, etc. The threat of having IT cut off shouldn’t stop that.

Would like to provide some fully automated software support.
Would like versions that can run through initial web portals or off of secure USB stick/dongle.
Would like to use crypto security to help make spook cheating difficult & detectable. Will continue to use previously discussed strategy that text must be generated & automatic screening of the generated text for key text patterns, along with expert review where relevant, is part of that process? Expert review is expensive. Where is it relevant? Where it is likely to make or break a meaningful decision. It’s not relevant where it doesn’t matter to any meaningful decision.
Would like to introduce self-assessment concepts from Meyers-Briggs, Maslow, & Scientology to help generate text flow & categories for data analysis & optimizing placement suggestions.
Think about combining the above with my “boxes” concept. You can ask questions about current needs/desires, and then say “imagine you were in this scenario, how would you answer there?” A mix of free text generation & multiple choice is appropriate – the latter can also be part of key skills assessment.
Use timing & describe which sections should ideally be completed in one go.
Don’t make it weird. Make the questions sound relevant to actual & potential experiences and include info about actual, realistic roles.

ModeratorIn the overall strategic situation, I am not trying too hard to go from a cold start to solving the problem of the optimal placement or the optimal employment offer. I would try instead to
a) maximize utility per GT dollar invested & man hour spent,while being able to continue to scale to absord as much positive opportunity as possible
b) minimize the probability of losing a chance to develop a connection with someone who will eventually turn out to be a very positive contributor; if someone’s real world situation is that they are in harm’s way from Deep State efforts with or without any GT contact, then try to maximize their chance to get on some Schindler’s list.
c) minimize chance of a big security issue with an aggressive spy gaining extra access through deceptive representation
d) maximize the chance that each positive application is able to keep making the situation better for themselves & go in a direction that makes them and the team happy.
So they key is to keep the contact moving along some constructive path that eventually leads to a good place at a speed commensurate with safety. Being able to do a chunk of that with automation basically implies good economics & scaling.

ModeratorWe also note that the “problem” with all of this discussion is that the oppositional NATO/GCHQ/FBI/CIA/DHS/police/RoyalNavy/USMC etc. strategy focused on making lists of all key GT people supporting some promising initiative & making their life a living hell wherever it is using all sorts of modestly covert domestic terrorism & compelling all of their gang members in the area to disappear & be replaced with legs in support of the terrorism. The key to every GT program of any type turns out to be building local forts made out of local supporters & defensive tech & natural/property barriers that allow key personnel to do real work & to communicate at some actual bit rate, maybe very low baud – which is infinitely more than 0 connect.
