joshA bonus win for old construction would be some kind of a robot that can safely operate a copper weld inside of a wall cavity with significantly less wall displacement than a plumber would cause. I think it’s possible & a tool regular plumbers would want.

The neighborhood of the work can be identified in multiple ways & cleared.
