HP Shower thoughts:
a) Having a low cost robot that can scan & fix scuffs & cracks to invisibility would be very helpful. The “AI” to give a feedback signal on the needed color & texture to erase the mark at all relevant levels of scale is trivial. So it’s mainly an issue of cost & re-binding
b) Customer deposit can be setup to automatically pay for costs of scuffs as a deduction if it is “reasonable”
c) Consider a 3 level design – i. an inner core that takes most of the weight & can look like anything, ii. a 2nd level that provides color/texture; iii. a clear gloss finish
d) ideally the finish is hard & cheapest to fix, & the color level can also be fixed & the inner part is arbitrary in small spots for adhesion purposes.
