IMO, the simplest graph relation is something like “Seeing 3D Image I at t1″=>”Seeing 3D Image I’ at t2” just a little bit later – I and I’ look the same. My unreflected theory is that it’s an image of the same object – that is a clump of solid stuff there, and it didn’t move/melt, get swapped out,… That’s a lot of words to say that default connection because it isn’t something we need to talk about. But we can talk about it. I’m filling in between bits with theory, whether I realize it or not. One kind of theory is about solor systems & planetary motion. Another kind of theory is unstated cognitive operating system of macro level experience.

Connected clumps of stuff are key. But foundational in what way? Is the oil slick on the water an object?? Sort of, ephemerally. The black speck of dirt on my monitor is also an object. Sir Not Appearing In Normal Discourse but still key to thought & understanding is my theories of how the clumps are connected across data inputs, construed by theories.

My idea is that it can be helpful to make small models that still feature key NLP complexities. So – a small model of sky gazing, talking about MS, talking about ES, small scientific theory/discourse about solar system. It can be connected in different stages to reflect differnt learning paths/experiences. What’s the simplest model that includes that stuff?
