joshConsider, also safety+economy issues with voltage/current from an engineering POV. Are there places where the ability to smartly limit current suppy/spikes to particular circuits can lead to greater economy with safety?

joshCompetitive Side Point about Using vs. Throwing Away Spurious Charge: In our MN situation, for instance, we receive one monthly bill for gas & electric. The Winter bills are far larger due to the cost of low temperature heating. As a victim of intensive EE kill assault, at the residence level one does receive some “free” (as measured) heating value from the extra EE charges being added to the electrical signal, not for electrical load drive, & ultimately being converted to mostly heat inside the residential environment after EMF discharge. If power efficiency is a competitive point, the super service panel doesn’t want to come out looking less efficient in this environment. To do that, it is possibly necessary & not simply “cool” to deploy spurious signal charge in a constructive way via saving/reusing. That’s because the extra energy is effectively not part of the billed service.

joshOne possible approach to short term filtering/reusing – have banks of capacitors for filtering higher frequencies & some kind of a shunt that adjusts how much current they see based on moving average analysis of the incoming signals.

joshI considered the issue of propaganda attacks. One plausible project would be to create a more expensive model option which takes pains to mimic mainstream products from the POV of remote sensing. Counterpoint – if that is really a concern, how is the original installation hidden? Better strategy is to develop esoteric (or real) safety arguments for the new product features that may have some marketing appeal while also playing the role of counter-suits in intellectual property disputes – i.e. providing a buffer against anticipation of esoteric risk claims.
