    Q: BBQ is a delicacy that people eat informally and it often involves extended cooking. Would it be possible to combine transport with cooking time – say catering a trunk full of BBQ?

    A:Might be possible to plan for certain special travel ovens as a last stage in adjusted recipes. Could start with sorting which recipes are potentially compatible & which are not.
