    Advertising & cross marketing can be important & valuable. Consider the classic example of “Where can I watch the cricket for my preferred team(s)?” In a digital shopping/media format there are infinite varieties of choice for how to support that affiliation. Could be a small flat ad, or a link to a weekly video feature summary that is sought by repeated fans.

    Sensitivity to the base orientation features (key style, treats, missing friends) is a hidden aspect of modern life that spans international boundaries.

    Analysis levels for Initial Planning:

    a) Clusters of like-minded consumers
    b) Products & logistics which profitably go with that (including flat vs. variable shipping)
    c) Pick some optimized combos
    d) Build around that, keeping theoretical customer profiles within the concept that ongoing development & management is going to focus on cluster satisfaction from the consumer & biz POV.
