    It’s important to realize that tags never give permission to actually have any kind of sex. They don’t deny permission either, but some tags, if they are a true claim, describe the risk in terms of Heine punishment if discovered. This partly depends on the gang one is in.

    Things that I don’t understand about tags: Who all gets to adjust them & on what grounds. I perceive the FBI to be frequently adjusting in the absence of any relevant events. Why is that? When a persons gsoes in as a replacement, does the sponsoring party get to pick their tags? How about when a fresh fake id is created from scratch – can it get tags or no?
