Another point about the tech I see in my yard: it’s really not at all clear that it doesn’t spread from tree to tree & keep running forever in a forest. Folks should be submitting proposals for grants to study safety & risk of the various formats. In particular, buckthorn is recognized as an invasive plant, but how often is it tech enabled now & does the synthetic forming growth virus happily jump to every other tree & bush?

Another point is that foliage in close vicinity to EMF energization & undeground root damage & branch damage also experiences accelerated growth. Scientific study is needed to determine which factors contribute to growth & in which cases the growth might be an added benefit vs. a fibrous destruction, vs. a destruction of longevity, vs. a destruction of quality. I can’t say from just external observations.

The trees, big & little in my yard, get infected with the EE kill tech & act like capacitors relative to the ground circuit (capacity is in both directions with this tech). For grounds where this is a significant issue, a droid that drained power to its own battery storage would be helpful & also a kind of documentation/proof of what is going on.

Seeing more & more of this application, I now believe that we should amp the focus on the marriage of trees & nanotech for all of these concerns:
    a) defense against attacks & spying

    b) arborist issues for the health and growth of trees we want to keep, including long term growth & increasing or decreasing structural stability of the tree in the long term & short term. Nanotech can rapidly accelerate the growth of a tree & it can also promote unattractive/unnatural shapes. It can dry out the root system, but probably there are ways to increase water transport.

    c) Enery harvesting and antennae usage from trees we wantto keep

    d) engineered control of droids/drones doing all of this work

    e) work on designated trees for lumber harvest – are there any optimizations to help the harvest or create a product with special properties prior to or after cutting?

    f) environmental control – prevent unwanted tech from spreading in the wild – promote authority of responsible engineering

Forests and trees near built structures are so big & important in economy & other concerns there is a lot of money at stake for nanotech in these issues, alongside other farming concerns,
